Ci\u00f2 fa seguito all\u2019altro decreto (notturno) che impone la riduzione del numero dei consiglieri (su ci\u00f2 devono decidere i Piemontesi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;\">Per di pi\u00f9 le Regioni sono Enti di rango costituzionale, e non spetta al Governo (per giunta non eletto) stabilirne le competenze e normarne le funzioni, nemmeno con la scusa dei \u201cdecreti attuativi\u201d degli articoli del titolo V della costituzione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;\">Il colpo di Stato permanente e effettivo prosegue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;\">LA GIUNTA E IL CONSIGLIO REGIONALE DEL PIEMONTE DEVONO IMMEDIATAMETE RESPINGERE QUESTO ATTACCO, LESIVO DELL\u2019AUTONOMIA REGIONALE E DELLA DIGNIT\u00c0 DEL POPOLO PIEMONTESE, RIFIUTANDO DI CONFORMARSI A UN DECRETO FOLLE E OPPRESSIVO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px; text-align: justify;\">Almeno in extremis l\u2019Ente abbia il coraggio e la dignit\u00e0 di dare un segno di vita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>11.10.2012<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u25ba<\/span>\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lospiffero.com\/buco-della-serratura\/ecco-il-decreto-ammazza-regioni-6753.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ecco il decreto ammazza-Regioni<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con un gravissimo provvedimento, chiaramente anticostituzionale, il governo italiano (con l\u2019avallo del presidente della repubblica) ha svuotato le Regioni ordinarie delle loro competenze.
