Le leader ind\u00e9pendantiste savoisien Fabrice Dugerdil, ministre de l’Int\u00e9rieur du Gouvernement provisoire de l’\u00c9tat de Savoie (GP\u00c9S), “a perdu une bonne douzaine de kilos” depuis qu’il suit une gr\u00e8ve de la faim \u00e0 la maison d’arr\u00eat d\u00e9partementale de la Haute-Savoie \u00e0 Bonneville, c’est-\u00e0-dire depuis qu’il y a \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 pour trois mois le 28 janvier 2015. Sa femme, Val\u00e9rie Dugerdil, autre ministre du GP\u00c9S, l’a annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 la tribune de la r\u00e9union publique que le Gouvernement proposait samedi apr\u00e8s-midi 21 f\u00e9vrier 2015 salle municipale Montjoie \u00e0 Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.<\/p>\n

S’exprimant lui aussi \u00e0 cette tribune, Tomasso Nodari, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l'”Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization” (“UNPO”, Organisation des nations et des peuples non repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, \u00e0 La Haye), dans laquelle le GP\u00c9S si\u00e8ge depuis le 28 juin 2014, a soutenu que la “mise l’\u00e9cart” de Fabrice Dugerdil, priv\u00e9 de la visite des siens depuis son emprisonnement fin janvier 2015, rel\u00e8ve “de motivations plus politiques que judiciaires”.<\/p>\n

L’incarc\u00e9ration du leader ind\u00e9pendantiste savoisien et le fait qu’il soit “cantonn\u00e9 \u00e0 l’isolement”, deux mesures inflig\u00e9es “pour des motifs politiques”, a \u00e9galement affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-Gervais-les-Bains Reynald Lustremant, garde des Sceaux du GP\u00c9S, sont “l’exemple type du proc\u00e8s politique”, avait auparavant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Breton St\u00e9phane Domagala, de l’Association des nations de l’Hexagone (ANH), n\u00e9e du mouvement “Les Bonnets rouges”, qui revendique de “vivre, d\u00e9cider, travailler en Bretagne”. Dans une France qui “n’a que le nom du pays des droits de l’homme”, comme l’a fustig\u00e9e l’ind\u00e9pendantiste savoisien Didier Erba, vice-pr\u00e9sident de l’association loi 1901 que pr\u00e9side le prisonnier (“Directions aux affaires savoisiennes”), la mise sous \u00e9crou de Fabrice Dugerdil traduit chez les gouvernants de l’Hexagone “une forte angoisse et une peur de ce qui est en train de se passer”, a estim\u00e9 l’Alsacien S\u00e9bastien Gunther [en photo, au micro], du mouvement “Unser Land” (“Notre pays”).<\/p>\n

Les mouvements “Gioventura Piemont\u00e8isa” (“Jeunesse pi\u00e9montaise”) et “Piemonte Stato” (“\u00c9tat du Pi\u00e9mont”) ainsi que le Mouvement Franche-Comt\u00e9, qui avaient d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9 des membres au forum ind\u00e9pendantiste de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, y ont exprim\u00e9 eux aussi un entier soutien \u00e0 Fabrice Dugerdil. Symbol of Civil Disobedience Fabrice Dugerdil Still Detained in French Prison in Bonneville<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Two representatives of the UNPO Secretariat visited Savoy from 19 to 22 February 2015 on the occasion of a public meeting, which took place on Saturday 21 February in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. During their visit, the representatives met with various members of the Provisional Government of the State of Savoy to acquire further information about the current situation of Mr Fabrice Dugerdil, the Savoy activist who is now serving a three month sentence in Bonneville Prison following an exercise of his right to freedom of expression and freedom of assembly.<\/p>\n

Mr Dugerdil\u2019s friends and colleagues are increasingly worried about his health and the poor conditions of his detention. Despite the importance of his Gandhian initiative, his wife had pleaded with him end to his thirst strike. However, he remains adamant about continuing his hunger strike, even though his medical condition is quickly deteriorating.<\/p>\n

On 20 February 2015, during the visit of UNPO to the region, the prison staff informed Mr Dugerdil that he will be transferred from an isolated holding cell, which he should have left at the latest eight days after his admittance to the prison, almost a month ago. For Mr Dugerdil, this transfer will mean that he will be able to interact with other detainees, visit the prison library facilities and possibly obtain a reduction of his sentence of up to three weeks, if he demonstrates the will to reintegrate into society.<\/p>\n

In addition, Mr Dugerdil\u2019s wife, Ms Val\u00e9rie Dugerdil, finally obtained official permission to see her husband in the prison meeting room, which is scheduled to take place today [25 February 2015]. Ms Dugerdil has been struggling to obtain the visitation permit due to persistent bureaucratic complications. Since his imprisonment, she has also been unable to obtain authorization by the prison staff to bring him any clothes or towels.<\/p>\n

Mr Dugerdil was arrested on 28 January 2015 after participating in an unauthorized demonstration, which he was falsely accused of having organized. He was then sentenced to three months of imprisonment for refusing to pay a fine imposed on him for driving a car with a Savosian licence plate and the subsequent late penalty fees he had contracted for refusing to pay.<\/p>\n

UNPO wholeheartedly supports Mr Dugerdil\u2019s acts of civil disobedience and condemns the disproportionate sanction decided upon by the French authorities. The principle of nonviolence being one of the cornerstones of UNPO, the Provisional Government of the State of Savoy, and its related agency Direction aux Affaires Savoisiennes, as a Member of UNPO, have committed to resolving any differences through strictly nonviolent means.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
